Chicken Mustard Marinade
Food Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup whole seed mustard 1/4 cup hot German mustard 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice Juice of ½ lemon 1 whole shallot, sliced in rings Freshly ground pepper chicken cutlets
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to emulsify, Marinate chicken cutlets 1 to 3 hours (or more) before grilling. 2 Grill chicken over medium-hot coals, cook the chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side. Spoon the marinade over the grilled chicken as a sauce, if desired.
