and i used geric and onions

Have you ever tried using Asparagus in place of the celery?
I just made it. Mine came out WAY to thick, I guess I used to much flour.
But I just added more milk and it came out amazing.

So colorful! I imagine the celery leaves taste strong or bitter, though, if
you’re not crazy about celery, like me. 🙁 When I make chicken cream stew,
I use celery but dice it really really small. It adds flavor to the sauce
without being too strong!
