Roel that looks really good. I enjoy watching the difference between
European presentation and American presentation, both styles I like, yours
is more refined while ours is more rustic. in the end it taste good.

  9. Kyle Baddley

Looks good, but your showing a total of 30 min cook time, even at 350,
that’s not cooked all the way!

How would this recipe work out modified on a low and slow Bradley @ 225° or
    so?

  14. Janusz Bogdanski

Sorry, but no. A potato wrapped in beacon would taste better. A chicken is
a chicken and beef is a beef and a pork is a pork.

Love your videos! Great film work! Please keep making them. Question- what
brand of charcoal are you using here? I’m assuming that it’s coconut shell
? What brand and where do you buy it? Thanks!

  16. Mika Lee

    Love the idea, great thanks.

  17. Michael Schaan

    Awesome!

The 1st 15 min smoking process is too short for larger grill & the 2nd
smoking process, total of 30 min of smoking is too short. Advice to others
I would check the temp of the chicken before removing at 165 F minimum
    using a food thermometer.
