One of the many variations of Adobo is the “Adobo with Potatoes”.
Same ingredients, just add potatoes lol.

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes (Chunks)
5 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
2 Bay Leaf
Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Sugar
100ml Soy Sauce
50ml Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1 Kilo Chicken
