    Did you temper the chocolate before using or did you use 'fake' chocolate?

    Just got your reply. Many thanks. Fake chocolate are candy melts etc which is just vanilla flavoured sweets which taste of chemicals and are awful. I always use curvature chocolate

    Anyone know where to get these molds in Singapore? And will the caramel harden? I want to make caramel stuffed cookies but it needed to be soft caramels not melted caramel ahahaha!

    which chocolate should we take? dark ……and after putting all the ingredients we put this tray in frezzer?
