Buttermilk Waffle – Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

True story: I've never bought frozen waffles. But then… I don't like waffles. Too much surface area or something.

1 cup of butter? Looks like half.

  3. Allison Phuise Yee

I followed your recipe exactly, but it turns out less thick as yours. :(

Would it be too much trouble to start adding calories to your recipes? I really enjoy the food you make but with the hassle of counting everything out for all the recipes it discourages me from trying to cook!

  5. Thalea Sophie

It's half a cup melted butter ! Just saying because Allison said it turned out less thick than it should be and if you look at her measuring cup there is just 1/2 cup 🙂

How do buttermilk waffles compare to the normal waffles in terms of the taste and texture? Sorry for the stupid question but I seriously am not sure if I've had them before. I'd like to know before I try making them. :D
