Thank you so much for your many videos. Your YouTube channel is everything! Have you ever tried toasting the English muffin? Just wondering if it would still defrost well.

Mais c'est pas calorique??
So I have this "friend"….
She REALLY wants to try this recipe, but she doesn't have any ramekins. She was wondering if it could work using a large muffin tin to bake the eggs. Would it work or should she just suck it up & buy herself some ramekins already? What do you think? What should I tell my friend? ;)
I love these sandwiches and have been making them for years. I usually toast the English muffin before hand though and it adds a little more crunch. I also make my eggs in the frying pan — over well. I've tried baking them and they are too round and hard to eat. I also usually add ham, turkey sausage or turkey bacon for the meat. Oh, and add a little mustard on the egg part right before you eat! On naughty days I make them on biscuits. 🙂 Hey, still better than McDonalds!
