Bread Bowl

Food Ingredients:
simple bread or roll yeast egg yolk

Recipe preparation:
1 Made famous by Local restaurants this is a simple trick sure to delight family and friends. Take a simple bread or roll yeast recipe, one steel mixing bowl of any size, oil spray, one egg yolk. Mix up bread recipe. 2 After first rising, punch down. Take your mixing bowl (no plastic or melting materials) flip upside down. Spray generously with oil. Pull off enough of the bread dough to stretch out and cover the bowl to all edges. 3 Let rise for a few minutes. Brush generously with beaten egg yolk and a little water with a pastry brush. Bake at normal temp. for recipe. Remove. 4 Let cool. Pull off bowl. Make up salad according to taste, adding meats, seafood or whatever is the desire. Put into bowl of bread, serve with dressing to the side. Let guests have fun eating not only the salad but the bowl also! No dishes to clean. This is also great for thick chili in smaller versions, sprinkled with cheese on top and a dash of sour cream to top.
