Best Satay Recipe (Chicken) | Skewered Meat
One of Malaysians’ pride and glory – Satay with Peanut Sauce accompanied by Compressed Rice (Nasi Impit). The marinated meat is best grilled over charcoal or a simple grill plate in your homely kitchen. Either way, this is a marvellous dish that is meant to be shared with your loved ones! Feel free to even make some beef or mutton satay.
