Baked Stuffed Fish Fillets
Food Ingredients:
1 – 1 ¼ lb. sole fillets 1 stick butter 36 Ritz cracker, crushed 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup crushed pecans 1 tablespoon parsley Black pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Cut in serving portions and place in slightly buttered baking dish. Melt butter, lemon, parsley, pepper, crackers and pecans. Mix well, cover fish with above. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Do not over cook.
