Grilled Wild Salmon With Mangosteen Chutney
Food Ingredients:
2 pounds Wild Salmon fillet 1 cup Mangosteen Chutney (www.devanaturals.com) Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tb. sp. Rice bran oil Grill
Recipe preparation:
1 Marinate the Salmon fillet with salt, pepper, 3/4 cup mangosteen chutney for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator. 2 Remove from the fridge and let it stand for 15 minutes. 3 Grill on a pre oiled clean bbq basting with the remaining chutney. 4 Cook fish till you see the golden lines of the grill. 5 Serve with a side of Home made Cheese (http://themangosteenlady.blogspot.com) and fresh green salad.
