Applesauce Meatballs – Beef Veal Food Recipes

Recipe ingredients and directions:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef

2 eggs slightly beaten

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup applesauce

1 tsp salt

pepper

Shape into balls. Roll in flour. Cook 10 minutes to brown.

SAUCE

1 cup brown sugar

1 onion, diced

1/2 tsp chili powder

3 cloves

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup vinegar

1 cup hot ketchup

1/2 cup HP sauce

Mix and pour over meatballs.
