May i ask why you put all the salt in pepper in one spot? Wouldn’t it be
better to sprinkle all over? That way all the meatballs would be seasoned
evenly. The meatballs look great though!

BTW a small sorbet scoop is also a great shortcut for biscuit dough, rather
than rolling it, cutting it, and re-rolling the excess. Nothing goes to
waste. This is especially good for making cheddar biscuits, Red Lobster
style.

Just a fun fact: without detracting from the fact that this looks
delicious, I have never seen spaghetti with meatballs back home in Italy.
