Made this today and it was AMAZING! I smoked the thighs for an hour and a half on the Weber then let it all simmer in an old Dutch oven all afternoon. Thanks BBQMyWay!

Another great video! Great tip on smoking the chicken! My recipe calls for 1 can of sweet corn, but I think yours will be better. Fire roasting the green chilies also adds another layer of flavor. Cant wait to make it!! Thanks!
