    This looks amazing! I’m vegetarian and have been for years and at holidays
    all I can eat is mashed potatoes (I’m not complaining of course!)

    How come the recipe on your website doesn’t include the tomatoes? Did you
    decide to leave them out?

    great recipe i never though of using lentils when i make this with my
    sister who is vegetarian we use the veggie ground beef which is made of
    things like soya and tofu it has an awesome texture. also if it’s just my
    family and I if we’re using a wide pot like the one you’ve got we just put
    the mashed potatoes on top of the filling in the pot and put it in the
    oven. If the handle is plastic we just cover it in tin foil and it’s
    perfect!
