Hi ! I very like your recipe and video. Let me enjoy the cook! Thanks !!
The veggies are chopped very small in the food processor so that they cook
fast in the cutlet. They are not pre-cooked.
thats looks good ! what kind of cheese can replace paneer!!
what are the ingredients in chaat masala ? is this another name for Garam
masala? Thanks for inviting us into your kitchen for a cookery lesson, cant
wait to try out your recipe for myself The patties look really delicious

hi =)
We have some Indo-Chinese recipes on our website (ShowMeTheCurry (dot) com
). Gobi manchurian, Hot and Sour Soup, Sweet Corn Soup, etc.
@anushanusha : We got it from a kitchen Store here in the USA.
Hi ladies Thank you very much for the simple receipe.. I was just wondering
if the mixed veggies that you used were boiled before you grated them. Also
I had pressure cooked all veggies together and I found it very hard to turn
them around when I tried to fry them as they kept breaking 🙁 Thanks
Huh, interesting recipe.
They have tiny brushes that look like bottle brushes that’ll do the job.
hi, are the mixd vegetables also cooked?
Hello How do you prevent them from falling apart? Mine just kept falling
apart while shaping and frying!
i like your tawa . Where can I find one?? I love the tikkis as they are not
fried..thank you.
thanks for the recipe. i will try.
If the mixture sits for a long time, the vegetable tend to swet because of
the salt in it. Try adding more potatoes (starchy).
love u guys!you r so jovial all the time!!!
Paneer is a homemade cheese that doesn’t melt when heated. You can make it
at home (we have a video) or buy it from the Indian stores.
@ahamatmabrahman Chaat masala has a completely different list of spices
than garam masala. You can find chaat masala at any Indian grocery store.
@San802k The mixed veggies were not boiled. Usually, frozen veggies,
especially when you chop them up like we did, cook very fast. Regarding the
cutlets breaking, try a starchier potato like russet for more binding
powder.
@zenithhussain : yes, you can but very little.
no cuz when u wash the veggies they become soft n when they go into the oil
its cooked:)
can you show us how to make aloo tikki chat? cutlets look great!
