Macadamia Nut
Here’s the Recipe:
Vegan Cranberry Macadamia Nut Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cranberry
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped into chunks
Directions on how to make Vegan Macadamia Nut Cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt with electric mixer until creamy.
3. Add applesauce, flour, vinegar, and the baking powder.
4. Stir in cranberry and macadamia nuts.
5. Drop vegan cranberry macadamia nut cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
