Ultimate BLT Sandwich Recipe – SORTED

Sandwiches are eaten in their millions everyday in the UK. But none are as good as this!!

We’ve take one of the most popular sandwiches in the world, the classic BLT, and shifted it up a gear. Not only do we bake our own tomato bread, but we also give it an Italian twist with basil mayo and indulge in a little mozzarella too.

Is it traditional? Not a chance… Is it tasty? You bet it is!!

There's a fantastic sandwich/burger at a Bolivian restaurant called the Trancapecho. I think it's pretty ultimate because everything and its cousin merrily sits between two soft buns: fried potato slices, slices of beef, fried egg, rice, and some kind of salsa/pico de gallo stuff on it. Thinking about it makes me drool haha!

Anyway, I think you guys would enjoy it! It's fun, messy, and delissshhhh-cious!
