Tortillas And Sopapillas
Food Ingredients:
6 cups flour 1/2 cup powdered milk 1 tablespoon baking powder 3 tablespoons Crisco (shortening) 2 tablespoons salt Water to right consistency
Recipe preparation:
1 Knead and roll out 1/4 inch thick. Heat on cast iron plate or in cast iron skillet. 2 SOPAPILLAS: 1/2 tortilla recipe and don’t use Crisco. Roll out thinner than tortillas and cut into squares. Deep fry. Serve warm with honey.
