i have a serious green smoothie addiction. these are so delicious. i have been adding cyan pepper to them lately and adding some peanuts as well and it really kicks it up a notch! my daily recipe is kale, spinach, parsley, mint leaves, apple, banana, blueberries, flaxseed, cyan pepper, ginger, and coconut water. SO EPIC AND ADDICTING.

You look like you can be related to the Williams sisters! Very nice recipe! I need to invest in a new blender. My 2 speed one is not as solid as this one! What blender are you using?
