    Hi, in your experience, what coating producess the crispiest exterior? Wheat flour, cornstarch, rice flour or potato starch? My coating does not get very crispy.

    U have the best recipe i've been searching! But i have a question, i cant find sweet potato starch like the ones u use here to have that "popcorn affect" what can i use to replace it and still have the same or similar look?

    I made the chicken and it was awesome! The powder came out weird tasting for me, so I opted for just sprinkling white pepper and sea salt, and it was delicious! Thanks for the easy-to-follow steps! The marinade also works great for pork (for pork chops – not popcorn pork).

    I tried some popcorn chicken and there were spicy. are these spicy? if not how can i make them?
