Sugar free graham crackers
1/2 Tablespoon Molasses
1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon milk
1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 Cup Graham flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons All-purpose flour
1/4 Cup Splenda or any other sugar substitute that measures cup for cup
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter

I have a couple of questions concerning your Splenda use. There are 2
types of Splenda. One is GRANULATED and the other is SPLENDA BLEND for
Baking. Which are you using in your recipes? Also, on the Splenda
packaging it says to use 1/2 the amount you would use for normal sugar. I
have found that using the Granulated Splenda when baking cookies is not at
all as good as it is when using the Splenda Blend for Baking. Your
thoughts? Thank you for sharing your recipes.
I made these yesterday, and they were delicious, everyone loved them. Next
time I’ll have to double up because it wasn’t enough for the 5 of us. They
were so tasty, we all thought a first…Mmm, they taste just like Graham
Crackers, but then very quicky,we realized that they tasted even better.

Can you please try to make a sugar free gingerbread recipe? with as little
molasses and honey as possible ( they are pure sugar ) i really like your
recipes! 🙂
