Strawberry Peach Sangria

Food Ingredients:
1 ripe doughnut, UFO peach; pitted, pealed & quartered 4 fresh strawberries, quartered 1 tablespoon granulated sugar ½ cup Lynfred Peach Wine ¼ cup Hawk’s Bay The Supernatural, Sauvignon Blanc 1 ounce Peach Schnapps Sprite or 7-up to top off

Recipe preparation:
1 In a cocktail shaker, add the peach and strawberries; muddle with sugar breaking up the fruit. 2 Add both wines & schnapps to shaker. Fill the shaker half way with ice. Shake to combine. 3 Pour over ice in high ball/Collins glass; Top off with Sprite & garnish with a strawberry.
