is it possible to substitute the oyster sauce with another sauce.

@boribonita714 Hi: I think the best is to omit oyster sauce. I would marinated chicken in a seasoning sauce, or light soy sauce with sugar.

Hello1 Thank you for your video!! Few questions for you: Did you use chicken breast? How did you cut them? When the chicken is cooked, did it have a similar "texture" as the ones found at Chinese restaurants?

hi. this was amazing! thanks a lot. Just wanted to ask: is it okay to add fish sauce in this? if so, how much would you recommend? thanks a lot 🙂

  9. maam miner

@adzsayz : Good morning. Yes, you can add fish sauce. Start with small amount cause it is salty and fishy. Have a Happy Holidays and Wonderful New Year. Cheers.

My experience tells me you cant stir fry the vegetables properly when you do the meat at the same time.

Better to watch the recipient and how she cook, which are less than 10 second. If you do cook, you know the whole concept.

if I was cooking for 4 would two tablespoon of oyter sauce and 1 of black sweet sauce be enough? thanks

  15. maam miner

Hi: For 4 people, I think , 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tbls of Sweet black sauce, add a little bit of water, or chicken broth. Also, it would be best if you mixed the sauces together in a small bowl and taste it first. Oyster sauce can be too salty. Have a nice day and enjoy cooking.
