Spicy Potatoes
Food Ingredients:
2 Large Potatoes, 2 teaspoons Schewan Sauce, 2 teaspoons Chilly Sauce, 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste, 2 tablespoons Corn Flour, 1 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder, Salt to taste 1 Onion, 5 cloves Garlic, 2 tablespoons Schewan Sauce, 2 tablespoons Chilly Sauce, 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Oil, 1/2 teaspoon Sugar Salt to taste
Recipe preparation:
1 Boil the potatoes with the skin. 2 Cut into big pieces with the skin as wedges. 3 Marinate the potato pieces in schewan sauce, 4 Chilly sauce, garlic paste, chilly pd and salt. 5 Put oil to fry to heat, on the potato wedges sprinkle 6 Corn flour. Fry in oil and keep on paper tissue. 7 Put a pan to heat add the oil, garlic, onion, stir add 8 The chilly sauce, schewan sauce, tomato sauce .Also add the fried potato wedges and sugar, salt to taste. Serve hot.
