Southwest Ratatouille

Food Ingredients:
3 inches zucchini, cleaned and chopped into 3 pieces 1/2 sweet onion, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped 2 Roma tomatoes, cleaned and chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Cumin 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

Recipe preparation:
1 Place olive oil in saute pan and put burner on medium. 2 Add garlic and onion and saute about two minutes. 3 Add the remaining vegetables, turn stove to medium low, and saute for about 12-15 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
