Thanks very much Dave, I tried it yesterday, DELICIOUS. I let the chicken
marinate for few hours using buttermilk to tender it. I wanted to ask if
you can use any flour or is there a particular flour? thanks again Dave
    ;-)

whenever I try adding heat (chili) to my fried chicken it never comes
through after cooking. doesnt matter if I had tons of flakes or powder to
the dry mix or fresh chopped chillie and/or flakes to the wet wash, it’s
never spicy after the cook no matter how much I put it. Any ideas? Only
thing I can think of maybe the cooking temp is too high

For the milk, I would like to use Lactaid Lactose free milk for the milk
dip. What is your opinion? My only concern is will the Lactase enzyme
remain undamaged by the 350 F. cooking temperature?
