I clicked on your video because the picture looked most like my granny’s
chicken lol. But this is a great looking dish seriously! I’ve always heard
to just season only the flour but next time I’ll be sure to season the
chicken too. Seems so obvious now watching this but just never heard of it.
I also preferred buttermilk as a brine opposed to saltwater as some people
do. It creates much more depth of flavor. I really want to try peanut oil
too. I’ve never cooked with it myself but when ever I have it in
restaurants I’m always a huge fan of the flavor it gives.

That is the best looking fried chicken. I have ever seen
peanut oil is great it makes fried chicken not too greasy ,cooks evenly..
I did a couple things slightly differently and used breast strips. I
accidentally put some garlic salt etc inv the brine. However, it still
turned out great! My family loved it! Thank you!!!
