Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped kiwi fruit slices 1/2 cup lime or lemon sherbet 1 cup bananas, sliced 1 cup melon Peel and seeds and cut into cubes
Recipe preparation:
1 Place all ingredients in blender. 2 Mix 40-50 seconds. 3 Pour into glasses and serve.
