I think that the girl took a swig of the brewskie and poured the rest in
    the pot makes it hotter!

I’ve seen a few videos on this so far and in one of them the guy put close
to a full rack in a single round pot. Just wrapped it around the side.
Seems the top side would dry out that way with all the fat running down and
I can’t imagine the “fluid of choice” doing much of anything to the entire
    rack.

Seems I’ll have to experiment before I find the right ticket. Thanks for
    the vid!

I love this recipe. It is simple and came out great. I used a bottle of
Guinness instead. As for the germ comments. REALLY ANY GERMS THAT ARE IN
THAT CROCK POT WILL DIE FROM COOKING IT.

    here

Drinking from the bottle and pouring your germs into the ribs mmmm that’s
appetizing….why bother with wearing gloves you may as well use your bare
hands to handle the ribs since you put your mouth germs into the pot.

The recipe looks really good but I was wondering how after you sliced every
2 bones, when they were done your ribs were all connected again and in 2
    slabs
    How did you do that???
