    Some of you are focused way too much on the word “Healthy”. It’s okay to
    have some turkey bacon and cheese once in a while. I am not a health freak
    I will tell you that much. If I was a health freak then I would focus way
    too much on my food and my body and stress myself even more.That’s just me
    though! If you love eating healthy at all times then that’s awesome, keep
    it up! I try my best eating healthy but I also like to be a rebel once in a
    while and have fatty food. Quit arguing over food, no one is holding a gun
    to your head forcing you to eat everything in this video. The End. lol

    Just started back on my diet since I had my baby 3 months ago and this
    video was prefect!!!!! Every morning while I diet all I eat is oatmeal and
    I get tired of it so this video was soooo helpful. Please lunch n dinner
    ideas too 🙂

    I’m soo serious on losing weight, in my case it’s more difficult cuz I
    can’t exercise because I need a hip replacement, and my “good hip” has a
    pin in it! But healthy eating is the way to go, plus lifting weights. I was
    weighing 420 lbs now I’m weighing 324lbs, but I lost it starving myself. I
    can’t get the hip replacement until I lose another 100lbs which it isn’t
    easy!

    thanks Mariana, I love all the meals, they all things that I like and can
    not give up in my diet, I really appreciate that you can still use bread in
    healthy meals becaue I really love bread for my breakfast. really loved
    this video :-)

    You should try the cookie dough and birthday cake flavored whey. They are
    so amazing and since I get tired of vanilla and I don’t like chocolate
    anything I decided to try something new and I don’t regret it.

    I think what mateabi was trying to say was that the places where the fruit
    and vegetables come from aren’t healthy; meaning that they look like they
    are full of hormones. And I have got to say, I agree with him or her. I
    live in Turkey where most fruits and vegetables are grown locally by
    farmers. But these recipes look delicious and healthy! No hate on you, and
    I don’t think that mateabi meant any disrespect, either. Have a nice day
