    @creepingsuparna Yogurt gives it a great flavor..Certainly try it without
    it..Persoanlly, I’ve never made them in a microwave…not sure how they’ll
    turn out. ..perhaps you can try them on a grill too 🙂 Happy cooking!

    It is Maida..it just adds a nice texture to the tikka..you can definitely
    do without it or use besan instead..

    I noticed u mostly use tomato paste just have a query how do u store left
    over tomato paste in can?

    I would suggest use Bake. Broil is when you are cooking at a very high temp
    for 2-3 mins only like say for making Naan perhaps. But you can try broil
    setting too for making tikka..just make sure the paneer doesn’t get burnt.
