This has become the greatest cooking channel in YouTube history, actually, any cooking show ever! No one has compiled so many master recipes.

Finally a crumble recipe without the ubiquitous cinnamon! A buttery streusel as it should be. I'm so sick of cinnamon in baked goods. I do like cinnamon in savory dishes though.

In case we have a corn allergy could we use xanthan gum instead of cornstarch?

Don't get me wrong, I love Grant as much as the next guy (or girl), but I was just looking through some of your old music-only videos and I got reminded of how great they were…. There are already plenty of funny-hot-guy-hosts-howto-cooking-videos on teh interwebz, but there's only one chefsteps!

So glad that there's a crumble recipe that doesn't skimp out on the streusel.

It's "shtroysel", not "shtroosel"… but apart from that, awesome! Gotta try it tomorrow with some nice white peaches.
