You really dont need to add butter to your pan if its non-stick.
I dont and they come out great every time.

Can I substitute the melted butter with any other ingredient? What is the

Hey Sarah! I love your recipes. Since I’m gonna be starting high school
soon, I was wondering if you could maybe do easy lunch recipes.

When I make Crepes I only put flour, soda water, a pinch of salt, oil and
one egg in the batter. And into a hot pan I pour some oil and one ladle of
batter. I wait until the edges are brown, flip and after a few secs remove.
We usually put nutella or cocoa powder or cottage cheese in them.
