Last night it was cold and rainy here in SoCal, perfect night for a
heartwarming stew. This was simple and very tasty, a big hit with the
family. I’ve been reluctant to use fennel, not a big fan of the licorice
flavor. But I have to say that the fennel is THE ingredient that makes the
broth amazing. Totally worth the effort! Thanks for another great meal Chef
