Thankyou Madhura i love this chutney. It is very unique.I have a question for you.pls tell me how to bind steamed strands of spinach into balls without adding besan or flour without it breaking open in my yoghurt raita. I have had this at a private party but for the life of me can't understand coz there no sign of any binder. Do pls try and figure it out i will be highly obliged .thankyou and best wishes.puja

Hi Madhura, I prepared it and used for sandwiches and pani puris. I used the chutney for almost a month. It is a wonderful and very useful recipe. Thanks a lot for sharing. I only had difficulty in getting rid of wetness in coriander leaves after washing them. Since you said not to have a single drop of water, is there any tip on drying the leaves?
