Salmon Loaf

Food Ingredients:
1 15 ½ ounce can salmon 1 cup saltine crumbs 2 tablespoons minced onions 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons melted butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg beaten 2/3 cup milk 1 dash pepper

Recipe preparation:
1 Drain and flake salmon. 2 Add all other ingredients and mix lightly. 3 Pour mixture into well greased 8 4 Loaf pan. 5 Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
