Ingredients:

3 Tomatoes
3 Cucumbers
1 Small Onion
1/4 Bunch Mint (leaves)
2 Lemons
1/3 Cup Verjuice (Sour Grape Juice)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt

Preparations:
1- Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers and the onion.
2- Mince the fresh mint.

Salad Shirazi is full of antioxidants and vitamins, just like most salads. Salad shirazi, as the name suggests, is a popular Persian salad. The combination of ingredients is well balanced.
Salad Shirazi is a great source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C.
It contains high amounts of iron and very high amounts of potassium.
Although salad Shirazi is quite filling, it is not suggested to be consumed with empty stomach, the lemon juice and sour grape juice may cause heart burn.
Traditionally, Salad Shirazi is served as side with kabobs.
