Where would i find all of those stuff that your mixing into this dish.? I
am guessing at any health food store correct.?

This is what I need … I have been vegetarian for about a month now, and I
am running out of ideas of what to eat. I think a lot of our food habits
are just based on convenience and running out of variety. This is cool.

The Russian Fig Dressing is amazing! It is so quick to make too.

ok I am back…i tried this…it was AWESOME!!!

I had the same exact thought, but I rather like the combo. I used a spicy
marinara (no salt added) and it pretty much overpowered the almond butter.

@ImaRiseToThaTop That’s genetics, can’t really help it without medication
    or surgery.

Very good recipe. Dr. Fuhrman, I really do receive a great deal of help
from your books and DVD’s. This an easy video although the music is to
loud. Thank you for ALL your help.

that looks like something i would eat for sure!

No, it wasn’t rude; it was an understandably legitimate question. Not just
genetics and/or hormones, either. It’s a combination of the nutrition of
the 2 or 3 immediate female ancestors + his early nutrition + genetics.

Great Salad dressing idea. I love raw kale and this would be a great
dressing for kale. I have been making a dressing of raw walnut butter and
balsamic vinegar, with avocados and kale. I thought some orange juice might
    be good in it.

I love how Dr. Fuhrman encourages the use of healthy plant fats such as
nuts, nut butters and avocados. The rabid anti fat stances of other vegan
Docs gets somewhat tedious after awhile

Wow.. You do look young! 🙂 I would follow his advice if I were you guys..
actually, I am following his advice. 🙂

@mickey0667 hmmm…all I saw him do is Cut, Pour, Scoop, Slice and Mix. A
12 year old can do that.

Yeah, using a chef knife is way too dangerous.

Almond butter and tomatoes doesn’t sound like a good combo at all to me,
    but I will try it.
