Rosy Meatballs – Beef Veal Food Recipes

Recipe ingredients and directions:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 tsp. instant minced onion

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

salt and pepper

butter

8 oz. can tomato sauce

1 lb. can of whole cranberry sauce

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, minced onion, mustard, salt

and pepper.

Shape meat mixture into ping pong size balls and brown them in

butter, in a frying pan that has a lid.

Mix together tomato sauce and cranberry sauce. Pour over the

browned meatballs, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
