just a quick recipe. The idea with the corn flour on the potatoes to make them more crispy is not from me – I heard this at the hang out in Düsseldorf, so if you like it please, credit someone else 😛

    Hei 🙂 Ich hab mir vor ein paar Monaten voll viele Linsen, Quinoa und
    Bohnen und veganes Protein (ohne Geschmack) zugelegt. Nur irgendwie
    schmecken mir diese Sachen nicht so wirklich deshalb wollt ich sie
    irgendwie loswerden. Da ich sie nicht wegschmeißen will, weil es einfach
    nur Lebensmittelverschwendung währe schreib ich jetzt mal dich und noch
    zwei andere die ich kenne an ob sie vielleicht daran interessiert währen.
    Würd mich sehr freuen, wenn du Interesse hast ;)

    Supa lecker. Ich koche sie immer vor und dann wandern sie erst in den Ofen.
    Benutzt du wieder Knoblauch hin und wieder? Hast du was neues darüber
    gelesen oder einfach nur so?

    Very interesting about the corn flour!! Wait, is that corn flour or corn
    meal? Looks like corn meal because it’s yellow. I want to make sure I use
    the right ingredient.

    I eat baked fries all the time, amazingly tasty and weight loss food! I
    don’t cover mine with flour and they’re pretty crispy bake at 450 for 30
    minutes or so. I bake mine on silpat nonstick sheets which are reusable
    before that I used parchment paper.
