Today Chef Pasquale will share with you his Chicken Parmesan Recipe. The things you will need to make this recipe are:
Chicken Breast
Bread crumbs
Eggs
Flour
Salt and Black pepper
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil

my italian american husband introduced me to this dish. cant say i like it
tht much. But i am going to try again after all these years. He referred to
parmesan as smelly feet cheese.
Just made this recipe, turned out great. My wife said I’m a good cook.
Thanks Chef, I’ve used a number of your recipes and they all turn out
great.
Should this have, you know, *parmesan* on it?
what would happen if italians didnt have tomatoes and cheese?
The food looks awesome gonna try this
he cooked the hell out of the chicken. what was the point of baking it
without the cheese after cooking it for 10 mins? must have been tough as a
boot.
Not sure I would call this Chicken Parmigiana. Did I miss it or did the
Chef not add Parmigiana to the breading? Without the Parmigiana in the
breading, I can’t imagine this being that flavorful. Nevertheless good
video…. as always
reminds me of my dad….sweet and endearing and the food looks wonderful
wow this is a really cheesy meal! no pun intended lol… I would love to
eat this. but *sigh my family is dairy-free
Just cooked this for the family, everyone loved it, thanks chef:) next time
I might try putting some fried bacon on top of the chicken before I put the
sauce over something tells me bacon could be welcome in this recipe :)
Looks fantastic my friend very nice recipe
Chef Pasquale does it right.
Just shut up and eat.
awesome recipe Pasquale perfecto
I always love the Osara recipes… But I was shocked to see Chef Pasquale
use mozzarella from a bag! Hey, I’m not above using that myself, but I
just thought a ‘real’ Italian would not ever do that. So, is it safe to
say that the Chef will approve us ‘Americans’ using a bag cheese to make an
authentic Italian dish??
I am doing this tonight!! Thanks for the great video!!!
That was a Good one! Thanks for sharing such an awesome video!! :-)
didn’t learn one thing here. Bread crumbs? Sauce? thumbs down.
Wonderful! Thank you!
