I always love the Osara recipes… But I was shocked to see Chef Pasquale
use mozzarella from a bag! Hey, I’m not above using that myself, but I
just thought a ‘real’ Italian would not ever do that. So, is it safe to
say that the Chef will approve us ‘Americans’ using a bag cheese to make an
    authentic Italian dish??

Just cooked this for the family, everyone loved it, thanks chef:) next time
I might try putting some fried bacon on top of the chicken before I put the
sauce over something tells me bacon could be welcome in this recipe :)

Not sure I would call this Chicken Parmigiana. Did I miss it or did the
Chef not add Parmigiana to the breading? Without the Parmigiana in the
breading, I can’t imagine this being that flavorful. Nevertheless good
    video…. as always

he cooked the hell out of the chicken. what was the point of baking it
without the cheese after cooking it for 10 mins? must have been tough as a
    boot.

my italian american husband introduced me to this dish. cant say i like it
tht much. But i am going to try again after all these years. He referred to
    parmesan as smelly feet cheese.
