Seriously?? With so much olive oil? Just because it’s olive oil does not
mean you should not watch the quantity! And how much sodium does the
balsamic vinegar contain?
I don’t know about healthy.. u seem to have used too much oil(at almost
every stage).. looks yum though
Yes I too think this is not really healthy. Also the South Asian body needs
are not the same as those from the west. What is healthy for them is not so
healthy for Indians. The best cardiac surgeons also advise that any kind of
oil is bad for you.
Are you sure..this is healthy?? you got 5 t-spoon of oil in salad…600
calories from oil itself…
