Yeah, we know the old cliche about real men and quiche, but we think anyone would eat this yummy ham and broccoli quiche. Lauren Chattman from Pillsbury shows how easy it is to make.
Recipe: How to make ham and broccoli quiche
1. Heat oven to 375°F, and roll out refrigerated pie crust. Allow to soften for 15 minutes for pliability.
2. Fit pie crust into 9-inch glass pie pan. Fold under the pie edge that is hanging over the plate.
3. Crimp the edges: two fingers on the inside, one on the outside, and push on the edge of the pie plate with the outside finger.
4. Make the filling: Layer ham, cheese and thawed broccoli in pie crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, beat all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over broccoli.
5. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges.
Pillsbury’s ham and broccoli quiche recipe serves six.

she folded the puff pastry into the pie tray then unfolds it because if she
attempted to put the puff pastry whole(unfolded and circle) into the pie
tray, then the puff pastry just might tear when she lifts it because its
quite delicate.
Y U NO CUT A SLICE
Absolutely! 😉
the glass doesnt conduct heal lol its an insulator… metal is a lot better
heat conductor, and aparently circles have corners.
why did she fold it up if she’s just going to unfold it?
Thanks for watching anyway. Appreciate the comment! 😉

I thought ovens were just heat? I guess not.
@erors That was a horrible joke.
why did she fold it first and then put it on the plate and unfold it?
@ananaiasa She means the corner inside
LOL! 🙂
I asked a chef if a quiche was moe than an omelette in a pie crust and he
said: “There’s more to it than that”. However, looking at this video, I
stand by that it’s not more than an omelette in a pie crust. Anyone else
agree?
“We did it ourselves” LOL…… that’s what she said
-Is this broccoli raw? -[strange noise] that’s frozen broccoli that has
been defrosted and drained..
I prefer ‘HowToBasics’ Quiche, tastes better.
i hate ready made stuff…..then whats da point of making it at home…just
go out and eat
this quiche is gross, I brown the broccoli first in butter and it tastes so
much better. I also use sharp cheddar cheese and make my own crust.
How do you reheat it?
@enchantedtoast way easier to transfer the crust to the pie pan
That is awesome! 😉
that just made me soo hungryy
