Ingredients
4 medium size red potatoes
3 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons oil

Filling
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon finely shredded ginger
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chili adjust to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice

For Garnish
2 tablespoons Hari Cilantro Chutney
2 tablespoons Tamarind Chutney

    @thatbastardson Common ingredients in Garam Masala are black & white
    peppercorns, cloves, malabar leaves, mace, black cumin, cumin seeds,
    cinnamon, black, brown, & green cardamom, nutmeg, star anise, and coriander
    seeds according to Wiki.
