what he uses but this is a basic recipe for you or any other’s wanting to
know how to make this topping:
*******Aioli******
2 medium garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 large egg
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grapeseed or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
