You know you’re hungry when you’re watching cooking videos on YouTube
    instead of actually cooking

Tonight, I’m going for maximum puffage

  3. Lucy Bunny

I swear. I always get hungry by midnight and end up looking for foods to
    make in the morning ._.

This looks awesome! Probably making this tonight :9

Great recipe! Every single one of my pitas puffed up completely. I kneaded
by hand and didn’t use all the flour (I had about half cup remaining).

so how much whole wheat flour would you use instead of all purpose flour?
    i like whole wheat

i love making ‘pizza pockets’ with these, just add some delicious pasta
sauce of your choice, mixed with bacon, pineapple, herbs and pepper. Note:
i like using pasta sauce not pizza because it adds a little more flavour.
And trust me, it tastes just like store bought pizza pockets but better!!
    :)

I have a food wish: How to easily clean the sides of my metal mixing bowl
after making bread! It’s like dried wallpaper spackle, it’s so hard to
    scrape off!

chef john, could I use bread flour instead of All Purpose?

    Greetings from India!
I used this recipe today with a small tweak – 1 cup wholemeal flour and 2
cups all purpose flour. The rolling and cooking was easy, very similar to
the way we make rotis. I’ll use this recipe from now on!
    Thank you, Chef John.

Thank you so much for the video! I am always glad when I am searching for a
recipe and you have a video for it! Just annoyed it’s too late to power up
my stand mixer. Going to make a batch in the morning for my work lunch
sandwiches, just love all the stuff you can do with pita bread.
