This look so delicious. Is there a way I can make sweet bean paste at home? Not cheap, lol, just trying to stay away from canned food cuz it really contains a lot of preservative and unknown stuff..

What if I don't own a wok? could I just use a big frying pan?
Can i season the chicken with something other than hot bean sauce, since i wouldnt always have much use for it, other than for this partical dish?
im going to try this, i never really cooked much in life. i love asian food. and i looked at some of your vids. i think the 1st one was ginger beef. and wow 1st time i made it everyone was blown away on how good it tasted and thought i been cooking for years. i must say you do a great job making your vids simple to follow and the food tasty

Can't I use chicken breast cubed? Why the thigh?
This looks so good, I can't wait to try. I have a question though, does it matter if the wok is metal or Teflon? I see that you use a metal one effectively and nothing ever sticks, could you recommend a good one?
What can I substitute the corn starch with? This looks very good
