Peking Ribs
Food Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons Steels Gourmet Jam Variety-Pak (any flavor) 3 tablespoons American Spoon bbq sauce 4 garlic cloves finely chopped 1 pkt sugar substitute 4 pounds country-style spareribs
Recipe preparation:
1 In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, barbecue sauce, garlic, and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. 2 This recipe yields 6 servings. 3 Description: “No browning, no grilling, no fuss. Serve these lip-smacking ribs with creamy “Classic Coleslaw” (see recipe). Country-style ribs are the meatiest around.”
