PASTA & MEATBALLS – SLOW COOKER RECIPE

Ingredients:

300g pork mince/ground
300g beef mince/ground
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium brown onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
400g tomato paste
350g pasta
grated parmesan cheese and parsley to serve

    that's not parmesan! real parmesan is way different from the american one

    This is a great recipe as is. But I modified it a bit to acclimate to my needs. To the sauce I added thyme, basil and garlic, I also added basil to the meatballs… I used peppercorn and sage as well. Adjust to your needs, it taste great with the carrots!
